Each one of our team members plays a critical role within our organization. Through shared values of honesty, quality work and compassion, our company culture grows stronger.
We are accepting nominations for the 2023 Core Principles Awards. These awards serve as a way to recognize fellow teammates who have gone above and beyond in their work. The awards are open to any employee (who has worked for Pillen Family Farms or DNA Genetics for at least three years) who exemplifies our company culture at work, home and within our communities.
All nominations must be submitted by Monday, October 3, 2022. The award winners will be announced in 2023!
